Small team, unusually large surface.
We are a pre-launch company with two products in the market and more work than people. That is the honest pitch: high ownership, few processes, and a real chance to shape what this becomes.
// Every role is remote. We hire for judgement over credentials.
No open roles right now.
We are not hiring for a named role at the moment. If you think you should be here, say so through the contact page and tell us what you would work on.
What the job is actually like.
The parts that are good and the parts that are not, because you will find out in week two anyway.
High ownership
You will pick up work that has no spec and decide what it should be. That suits some people enormously and makes others miserable.
You use what you build
Both products are part of how we work, so the feedback loop on a bad decision is days rather than quarters.
Few processes
There is not much ceremony, which is efficient right up until it is not. We add process when something breaks rather than in advance.
Pre-launch reality
No customer base yet, no established revenue, and priorities that move. That is genuine risk and we are not going to dress it up.
Four steps, no homework marathon.
You write to us
Through the contact page. Tell us which role, and what you would want to work on first. A short honest note beats a long formal one.
A conversation
Forty-five minutes about what you have built and what you want next. No trick questions and no whiteboard algorithms.
A real problem, paid
A scoped piece of work resembling the actual job, compensated at a fair rate. We do not ask for unpaid weekend projects.
A decision, quickly
We tell you either way within a few days, with a reason. Being left guessing is the worst part of most hiring processes and it is easy to avoid.
Hiring questions
Are these roles remote?
Yes, every role is remote. We are a distributed team and we are not planning an office.
Do you sponsor visas or hire internationally?
It depends on the country and the arrangement. Ask early in the conversation rather than at offer stage, and we will give you a straight answer about what is workable.
What is the compensation?
We discuss specific numbers in the first conversation rather than publishing a band we might have to walk back. We are pre-launch, and equity is a real part of the package.
What if no role fits me?
Write anyway and say what you would work on. Small teams hire the person more often than the requisition.
Do you use AI tools in your own work?
Extensively, which is why the products exist. You would be expected to have opinions about that rather than a position for or against.
How long does the process take?
Usually two to three weeks from first message to decision, and we tell you where you stand at each step.
Tell us what you would build.
Write through the contact page, name the role, and say what you would want to work on first.
