Virex Systems provides AI-powered developer tools including memory management, code analysis, agent orchestration, and workflow enforcement. Services are provided on a subscription basis with seat-based licensing.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis per seat. Usage-based charges for resources exceeding your plan allocations will be billed at the published overage rates. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virex Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
